Returning an Item
Please use our returns system to generate a RMA number first, all items should be returned to:
Shuda (Roger Needham & Sons Ltd), Unit 2 Civic Industrial Park, Whitchurch, SY13 1TT.
Please remember to ensure that the item you’re returning is repackaged with all parts. If it is an item you simply do not want, or no longer require, the item must still be in it’s original packaging.
How Long Does Delivery Take?
Almost every product differs, however you can get an idea of delivery time on the product page itself. Also, once you have placed an order with us, we will provide you with an estimated delivery date for your reference.
How do you deliver?
Delivery time-scales and suppliers differ on a per-product basis, therefore please see the page for the specific product you are ordering for details. Depending on the size and weight of your order, we will deliver it via either Royal Mail or a courier service; as a result, some deliveries may require signatures.
How soon do you dispatch
As soon as we receive an order, a member of our nifty customer service team springs into action to make sure your item is processed as quickly as possible. For most products, dispatch is made within 24 hours, however with some of our more bespoke products, dispatch may occur later. Please see the specific product page for more details. Either way, we know you don’t want to wait around for something you have ordered so we strive to process each order on the day we receive it.
What if I’m out when it arrives?
If couriers attempt delivery on a day that you are not available they will leave you a delivery notice and typically will try again the next working day (Monday to Friday).
