You can track your order by logging into our website (top right), and looking in the “my account” section, this will provide you with the order status, estimated delivery date and the facility to track your order through the couriers system on some products.
When you have made your choice of product and have your order details, it is usually a good idea to save the order summary on your desktop or write down important information such as your order number for easy reference later on.
Once your order is made, our dispatch team will do their very best to meet the delivery requirements set in your order. Typically you will receive a notification to set a day, a text to set a time, and a call from the courier on the day of delivery to ensure that it is still acceptable to go ahead with the delivery.
Please Note: If you do not have an account you will not be able to use any tracking services through our website, as this requires logging in. Don’t worry though, we will still keep you up to date through emails.
